The Ford Super Club Wagon is designed to move large numbers of people.  It comes with seating for 15, although little room is left for inside storage with all five (yes, 5) rows of seats in place.  The Super Club Wagon is constructed on the one ton Ford Econoline chassis with an extended body.  The Super Club Wagon is 20.2 inches longer than the Club Wagon, although it rides on the same 138" wheelbase.

I selected a van with the V-10 Triton engine and the E4OD, 4 speed automatic electronic overdrive transmission.  The van rides on LT245/75R16 tires which are Load Range E.  A step rear bumper aids in access to the rear.  The van has a GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of 9300 pounds.  It originally came with a 3.73 gear ratio in a DANA 60 drive axle.  The Super Club Wagon has a GCVWR (Gross Combined Vehicle Weight Rating) of 15,000 pounds with the 3.73 rear end and 18,500 pounds with the 4.10 rear end.

Our van is white with gray cloth interior to minimize heat retention in the desert.  It had the XLT interior package with front reclining club chairs, dark tint windows (all except driver and passenger windows and windshield), power drivers seat, power windows, power door locks, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, AM-FM Stereo cassette radio, trailer towing package, illuminated entry system, and dual air conditioners (rear air can be controlled by the driver or from the overhead controls above the second row of seats).
